Equipment Introduction: The vibrating fluid bed dryer, also known as a vibrating fluid bed, is a high-efficiency drying equipment suitable for granular and powder materials. It stands out for its ease of operation, energy efficiency, and environmental friendliness.

Working Principle: Ambient air is filtered by the blower through primary and medium-efficiency filters, heated to the desired temperature by the steam heater exchanger, and directed to the fluid bed's bottom via a pipeline for drying. Moist material enters the upper bed through a feed port and spreads on the bed plate (perforated plate). Driven by vibrating motors on both sides, the material moves horizontally, meeting the rising hot air. This creates a suspended mix of material and hot air, akin to boiling liquid, facilitating heat and moisture transfer.

The hot air, carrying water vapor and fine particles, is then purified by a cyclone separator and bag filter before exiting through the induced draft fan's outlet. After drying, the material advances while cold air is introduced at the fluid bed's bottom. A partition distinguishes the cold and hot air streams, aiding in temperature control.

During this process, some fine particles may settle onto the inner bottom plate of the fluid bed. With continuous vibration, these particles move horizontally and are eventually expelled through the fluid bed's dust cleaning port.
