Once filtered and heated, the air is directed into the air distributor located at the dryer's top. This hot air spirals uniformly into the drying chamber. As it moves through the high-speed centrifugal sprayer atop the tower, the liquid material is transformed into ultra-fine mist droplets. Brief exposure to the heated air allows the materials to rapidly dry into the end products. These finished products are continuously released from the base of the drying tower and cyclones. Waste gas is then discharged via the blower.

The drying speed is rapid, with complete drying achieved in just a few seconds, making it particularly suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials.
