How to Rightly Install the Tumbler Screen?

1. When installing the equipment, it must be carried out in accordance with the on-site relevant interface size, installation method and relevant technical requirements confirmed by both the supplier and the buyer.

2. Before the equipment is installed, first check whether the parts are complete or damaged according to the packing list. Among them, if the power conversion device (crankcase) exceeds six months from the date of delivery, the bearings and other rotating parts must be disassembled and washed again. And assemble and replace with new lubricating grease of corresponding brand.

3. The installation of equipment should be carried out according to the installation drawing, and one-time or itemized hoisting should be determined according to the size and weight of the equipment. When hoisting, it should be hoisted according to the designated position, and it is strictly forbidden to hang the sling directly on the drive motor to hoist the whole equipment.

4. The steel structure support of the equipment must be installed horizontally on the foundation, and then bolted or welded with the foundation embedded parts according to the relevant technical requirements.

5. When the equipment is installed, a space of 150-200 mm should be reserved between the moving body (upper part of the equipment) and non-moving parts such as hoppers and chutes to ensure that the equipment does not collide during normal operation and start-stop.

6. If the inlet and outlet of the equipment need to be closed and connected, flexible connections should be used, and hard materials should not be used for fixed connections, otherwise it will cause serious damage to the connecting pipes or equipment.

7. The rubber spring of the equipment is selected according to the free height, and the rubber spring should be the same batch of products of the same manufacturer and the same specification.
